Class Descriptions

Power Vinyasa

Move with a vigorous sequence of poses to elevate heart rate and dial-in focus. BUT yoga is not just body exercise. You better believe we will be working the breath, expanding the mind and getting our sweat on too. Full savasana included, water bottle and hand towel are recommended! Familiarity with sun salutations and basic standing poses is helpful, modifications are encouraged as needed.

Tap Dance

This 60-minute class is designed for beginning to intermediate level tappers with modifications available to suit your skill level. The class will begin with a short warm-up, then technique exercises and breakdowns of specific tap steps. The last 20 minutes of class will be used to work on a piece of choreography. Practice at your own speed, in an area you can safely move around in, wearing sneakers (or tap shoes) on any hard floor (preferably not concrete) available to you!

Vinyasa Yoga Flow

This yoga class combines movement with breath as you flow from posture to posture. We move at a slightly faster pace, combining elements of strength building and playfulness in trying different asanas (postures) each week. It is open to any level and modifications are encouraged as needed.

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga for any stage of pregnancy. This 75 minute class is appropriate for yoga newcomers or those with previous experience. Join us in a safe, non-judgmental space to practice breathing and develop body awareness. Benefits include reduced stress and anxiety, pelvic floor awareness, and techniques for an empowered birthing experience.

Private Sessions

Set up a private lesson in studio, on the beach, or at the location of your choosing! I offer many styles of yoga (partner yoga, restorative yoga, power flow, etc) that can be fun for any group - family reunions, wedding parties, bachelorette/bachelor parties, work retreats, birthday parties, or book a session for yourself. All Private lessons are tailored to your requests, yoga mats and props can be provided. Contact Rosie

Flow to Restore

The first half of this class will get your heart pumping with simple repetitive flows before transitioning into restorative postures to calm the nervous system. Props (bolsters, blocks, sandbags, straps, blankets) are used to bring comfort and support in 2 or 3 long-held (5 to 15 minutes) poses. The entire body and mind are encouraged to fully release and relax, as you breathe in stillness. You will leave the studio feeling refreshed. This class is suitable for all levels and will feel like hitting the “reset” button on your day or week.

Jazz Dance

A dance class for adults who used to dance, have never danced, or currently dance and are looking for a fun class! 20 minutes of warm-up and stretching, 20 minutes to practice technique and specific steps, and then 20 minutes to learn a combination. We work on a piece of choreography for 3 or 4 weeks but you are welcome to drop into this class any week you can make it. If moving your body to music brings you joy, this is the class for you.
